                        Mango Lassi


  You can prepare this sweet and yummy Mango Kissing at home in summer.
       
       
   

Ingredients for Mango Lassi :-

Mango - 1 

Fresh curd - 1 cup 

Cardamom (Ilaichi) - 1/4 tsp

Sugar - 4 tsp

Chopped dry fruits - 2 tsp ( pistachios, cashews, almonds)

Ice cubes - 2-3 


Recipe

  • Peel  and cut the mango in small cubes.
  • Blend a mixture of mango cubes, sugar, cardamom powder and fresh curd in a blender till it becomes a smoothie. 
  • Now add 2 ice cubes to the mixture and blend it again.
  • A chilled and soothing mango lassi is ready to be served.
  • Pour into a serving glass and garnish it with chopped dry  fruits .

Suggestions:-


       You can use honey, brown sugar in place of sugar..

Veg-chees sandwich

Veg- cheese sandwich

Today we will going to make veg-cheese sandwich. This sandwich is very tasty or healthy . This veg-cheese sandwich can be served in breakfast and snack with any sauce like green coriander chutney, tomato sauce, mayonnaise . you can even pack them in a lunch box for kids.




Ingredient for veg-cheese sandwich:-

Bread slice - 4

cheese spread - 4 tsp

cheese slice- 2
  
lettuce  leaf 

cucumber -fine sliced in a round shape

tomato  - fine sliced in a round shape 

red chilly powder- 1/3 tsp

black paper -1/3 tsp ( coarsely ground)

salt - to taste 


How to make veg-cheese sandwich

  • To make veg-cheese sandwich first to take bread slice and spread cheese spread over the bread and add salt , black paper and red chilly powder on it .

  • After that first make a bed of lettuce leaf  and tomato sliced ( do not take to much lettuce)

  • Now take a cheese slice and put on it.

  •  Then again make a bed of lettuce but this time use cumber in the place of tomato.

  • At last again take a bread slice and spread cheese spread over the bread slice add little bit black paper, salt to taste. place bread slice over the sandwich.

  • Likewise prepare rest of the sandwiches as well.

  • Divide the sandwiches diagonally using a knife and place them on a serving plate with tomato sauce, mayonnaise or any other dip as per your taste.


Suggestion:-

you can use brown bread in the place of white bread.

If you want to get more crunch in sandwich ,so take all the vegetable in ice cold water for 10-15 min .
